"Maybe absinthe wasn't the best decision."

Our third dinner musical experience was a bit more noir, a bit more macabre.  Very loosely inspired by Pierro Lunaire, this is a murder mystery about a moonstruck detective.  As the play unfolds, so does his madness.

Molly had long wanted to write this musical, which embodies her best attempt at a dark comedy.  The show features 5 original songs, a Todd Busch cover and a uniquely themed 3-course dinner crafted by chef Julia. 

In 2022, we premiered the independent film version of “Murder & Moonbeams” to a sold-out crowd at Petra’s Bar in Charlotte, NC.
