"Our first mission that doesn't involve scanning!"

Molly and chef Julia Simon teamed up again in June, 2019 to boldly present a vegan musical dinner production.  Both ladies are huge Trekkies (ask them!) and Molly was exited to tackle the franchise.

Molly's approach was to create original characters who are loose parodies of familiar ones and place them in the Trek universe.  The show features 6 original songs and a uniquely themed 3-course dinner crafted by chef Julia.
